3rdCore Limited delivers comprehensive surface protection solutions for oil and gas assets operating in aggressive marine and industrial environments. Our services are designed to mitigate corrosion, extend asset lifecycle, and ensure compliance with international coating standards and client specifications.

• Surface Preparation

We carry out surface preparation using industry-approved methods such as abrasive blasting (e.g., dry blasting, wet blasting) and mechanical preparation to achieve the required surface cleanliness and profile (e.g., Sa 2.5 / SSPC-SP standards). Proper surface preparation ensures optimal coating adhesion and long-term coating performance.

• Protective Coating Application

We apply a range of protective coating systems, including anti-corrosion primers, epoxy coatings, polyurethane topcoats, and high-performance linings, selected based on environmental exposure, substrate type, and service conditions. Coating systems are applied in controlled conditions to achieve specified dry film thickness (DFT) and uniform coverage.

• Corrosion Control & Asset Protection

Our solutions are aligned with corrosion management strategies, providing barriers against moisture, saltwater, hydrocarbons, and chemical exposure. We support asset integrity for structures such as offshore platforms, pipelines, storage tanks, FPSOs, and process equipment.

• Quality Assurance & Inspection

All activities are executed in accordance with ISO, NACE, and SSPC standards, with strict QA/QC protocols including surface profile measurement, environmental condition monitoring (temperature, humidity, dew point), adhesion testing, and DFT verification. Comprehensive inspection reports and coating documentation are provided for traceability and compliance.

• Operational Safety & Compliance

We operate under established HSE frameworks, incorporating risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and safe work procedures to ensure safe execution in both onshore and offshore environments.
